“Yorg, the code to that door is probably the same as downstairs,” Ramsey assumed. “Try that number.”
“It is,” Yorg said reaching for the doorknob.
“Wait!” Sydney cautioned hovering the mosquito-drone over the doorway. “Carlos sometimes uses
booby-traps in his designs. Open the door enough for me to get the mosquito-drone inside. We need to see
what you’re walking into.”
“Copy that,” Yorg agreed barely cracking the door.
“Kathe!” Ramsey gasped staring at the screen in fear.
“Oh, my God in heaven!” Yorg glared at his phone’s screen.
“I need to contact Rodger!” Sydney exclaimed.
“He’s on his way to Dubai,” Ramsey shared.
“This will take the both of us,” Sydney placed the call. “Rodger, as you can see, Kathe is standing
behind the main computer desk surrounded closely by laser beams. She is holding JAKE directly at the beam
pointing at her face.”
“That’s the only thing keeping her alive,” Rodger sighed as his team joined him.
“Yorg, get out of here,” Kathe sighed. “I can’t hold my arm up anymore.”
“You have to, Lady!” Yorg ordered. “And that’s an order! We’ve got children depending on us!”
“I keep seeing their faces,” Kathe whispered with tears streaming down her cheeks. “Please save
yourself. At least, they will have one parent.”
“I’m not leaving without you!” Yorg shouted.
“I found the source!” Rodger exclaimed. “I can’t pinpoint it exactly, but it’s close to the door by
“I see what it is!” Sydney declared. “Yorg, above the doorway inside is the only round receptacle. The
others are in the shape of a hinge or squares. It has to be the source of the laser beam.”
“If I open the door, will it set it off?” Yorg asked watching his screen.
“I’m not sure,” Sydney confessed. “It’s far enough away from the frame that it shouldn’t. We have no
other choice; open it! Once you’re inside, use the block on the desk to smash it. That should destroy both.”
“Kathe, I’m coming in to get you!” Yorg burst the door opened, grabbed the block off the desk, and
smashed the light.
“I heard something snap!” Kathe looked around the room as she put JAKE on her belt and rubbed her
arm. “The middle of the floor is sinking!” she screamed as the chairs on both sides slowly began to slide
toward the center of the room. “There is a crack starting to open in the center of the floor!”
“Kathe, run to me!” Yorg ordered jumping outside the doorway and reaching for her.
“Kathe, run!” Ramsey ordered watching the crack open wider.

With the ever-changing World of Travel, Alby Airline spearheads the formation of the first International Anti-Terrorist Coalition. Linda Ramsey, Head of Alby Security along with Dr. David Sydney, Head Technological Advisor form a team of Security Flight Attendants led by Kathe Tierney.
Things get complicated when Kathe comes across the first man she can’t resist in the four years since her divorce. Always sure of herself, Kathe suddenly doesn’t know what steps to take, but whatever she does, she has no room for mistakes.
“Mom?” Pete questioned as he held his cheek. “You’ve got a gun,” he sighed.
“Giorgio let my daughter go!” Tierney ordered as Alonzo came around the corner.
“I think you need to do as the lady asked,” Alonzo calmly declared as Giorgio gasped. “What’s the matter? You didn’t think I was smart enough to figure out what you and Mario were doing? You know,” he said pointing his finger at him. “I warned you and Mario that if anything happened to Nicki, that you’d answer to me. I have to hand it to you; you must have been planning this before Ms. LaBasco died. An accidental death that never sat right with me! Mr. LaBasco and I want to know who did it, you or his favorite son?”
“You’re as dumb as the old man,” Giorgio declared as he tried to drag Heather toward the door. “We pulled this off right under your noses!”
“Stop!” Tierney ordered. “One more step and I will shoot!”
“Not with me holding your daughter!” Giorgio smirked, shoving Heather to one side and reaching in his coat.
“Wrong!” Kathe shouted shooting Giorgio in the hand.
Project XP 38 was a very enjoyable read, the terrorist activities that took place kept me on the edge as to what was going to happen next. I enjoyed the characters that she put in the book, and made it very interesting with their personalities. Kathe is an extremely talented writer. This book is one that I would highly recommend to anyone. I am very excited to get into the next book in her series. - Lee Scott

Can Ramsey and her team, once again succeed in making the Airline and the world a safer place to live?
“I have to admit, I am honored to be in the presence of the famous Kathe Tierney,” Philippi said as he walked around her. “You have no idea how hard it was to find you,” he admitted as he walked over to Joe Sherrod.
“Mr. Sherrod, I’m glad to see that you took my advice and brought Kathe Tierney to us,” Philippi boasted. “I told you that my client would take you to your son. You’re a little banged up and you’re probably not going to make it out of this house alive. However, you’ll die as a family,” Philippi laughed as he pointed to more men approaching the house from the beach.
“Captain Yorg Vuslick,” Philippi bragged as he folded his arms in front of himself. “I am honored again, to meet the man that is the brains behind Chameleon Technology. You are way ahead of your time,” he admired, walking around Yorg, reaching inside his coat pocket and taking out a syringe. “All we need is that knowledge locked inside your head and we are all set for life. You’re going to feel a little,” he injected Yorg in the back of the neck. Yorg instantly fell to the ground.
“Yorg!” Kathe called out as Giano held his gun to her left temple.
“Don’t move!” Giano laughed as he pulled her face towards his. “How does it feel to be helpless? Your lover, your son and your husband’s fate are under my control.”
“Kathe, stand down!” Sydney warned as Kathe embedded those words in her mind, watching Teodoro and two other men carrying Yorg out the sliding glass doors.
“Well, Ms. Tierney you’re losing one husband,” Philippi laughed, “but, we are leaving you with your son and his real father,” he said as he turned to leave. “Come on Giano, we’ve got work to do.”
“Giano,” Kathe called out as he turned around. “I have one word for you; RUN!”
A Gift of His Mercy
This is an inspiring bereavement help story. It is about a single parent who loses his only child in an automobile accident around Christmas time. It brings Heaven and Earth together for a moment in time.
As the Christmas Season approaches, Stephanie visits her father’s house. Tears fill her eyes as the house is still dark after five years. Joanna, her five-year-old daughter takes it upon herself to restore her grandfather’s faith in God. What Steven has in store for him is like no other visit a grandchild could give.
This book helps you visualize Heaven through the eyes of a 5-year old.
"I loved your new book, read it in a few hours. It’s so comforting to know that when we die we get to live again in heaven. My bible study is reading Imagine Heaven based on thousands of people who have had near death experiences and returned with similar statements of what heaven is like. Death has no sting when you know what awaits on the other side. Several stories were about mothers being greeted in heaven by children who did not survive the womb. Pretty amazing!" - Jeanie Bordon
"I read A Gift of His Mercy as well…it made me cry! I loved it! You have such a special talent Kathe, God’s gifts are wonderful and thank you for sharing yours with the world."
- Sylvia Scott
